Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

At Owl Create With You, many of our products are custom-made and/or handmade to order, which means each item is created especially for you. Because of this, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item you received was incorrect due to an error on our end.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item received. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • An incorrect item was sent due to our error, and
  • The item is returned in unused and original condition

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if:

  • You received an incorrect item due to our error

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Custom & Handmade Items

Because items are custom-made or handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selection made by the customer
  • Personalized or custom design requests

Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping Costs

  • Owl Create With You will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error.
  • Customers are responsible for all other shipping costs.
