You have a choice of an unpainted piece OR a painted piece - (extra time and fee may be required for painted pieces) which will be hand-painted by one of our in-house artists. The unpainted option means the piece will arrive in an unfinished state - white bisque and will not have any coating of paint or glaze.

All of our ceramics are wrapped and packaged carefully to ensure your item will arrive safely! If you receive a broken or damaged piece please message us immediately for instructions on how to receive a replacement or refund. We will replace any piece that was damaged during the shipment!
